Hari ke-2 latihan kecergasan. Mari mengenal machine.

A1: Makan apa tadi?
A2: Macam biasa lol.
[Dua2 gelak! Ate bila nak kurus! Melantak tak ingat dunia]
A1: Kena come out with diet menu la. D buat lahhhhhhhhh
[Sama senyum sampai telinga]
A2: Betul la! Ehhhh, mana dia ni. Dah 745 pun. Lambat!

Jalan memang tak pernah lengang. Kuala Lumpur pun namanya. Sana jammed! Sini pun nak jammed! Adeh, lewat dah ni. Punyalah berderet-deret kerja. Tak sedar. Perut pulak tak mahu berkompromi langsung. Kerjanya, lapar. Lapar. Lapar.

Sampai sahaja. Parked! Find them! Got it! Yes, shall we go. Sengih sampai telinga. Orang lewatlah katakan. 

A2: Apasal lambat?
[A3 sengih kambing. Orang bersalah..huhuhu... ampun!]
A3: Sorry, jalan jammed & terbabas tengok jam. 
A1: Awak memang!
A3: Sorry la beb! Esok-esok kena letak timing bom! hahahahaha.....

Bertiga, menuju destinasi. Masing-masing, memilih locker untuk menyimpan barang. Locked! Walking down! and decided to do 20+20+20 = 1 hour. Dang! Mampu ke ni! Ciayokkkkkk! 

1 Machine - Treadmills

To do it 20 minute walking.. speed 5! YES, I did it. Tot tak mampu,  but dengan bantuan National Geographic. I manage to do it. Alhamdulillah. Peluh? Cuma tak basah lencun sahaja. 

2nd Machine - Exercise Bike

Same in 20 minutes also. Tidak penat! Because duduk! Tetapi, span punggung macam tak ada. Padahal, ayoooooo empuk. Maybe, terlalu banyak lemak tak baik. Entah tak arif. Tak apa. Teruskan!

3rd Machine - Cross Trainers
Apa benda alah ni? See below, best! Because I can see lemak2 goyang2. Hahaha. Sebab lemak banyak terkumpul di lengan. Siapa yang gemuk, cuba luruskan lengang. Pastinya lemak terkumpul boleh di goyang2. [hahahahaha.. cubalah]

Semua machines di atas adalah senaman CARDIO. Betul tak? Pakar? Kalau salah betulkan budak ni ya. For burning fat. While you walk on treadmills, this machines is able to read how many calories has u burned and also to read you heartbeat. Same goes to other machines also. RESULT: Kaki sakit, bila jalan. Perut kejang, bila gelak. Sebab body system terkejut. Slowly, it will be able to coop.

Another journey, which I've done is studying and details out my task & responsibilities to include in PER. Puas bina ayat. Good, I can improve my writing skills, kan? This Monday will submit to my partner for his comment and signatories. Can't wait! Has told my sis to help me do Cheque bank. Oh, before I dream too farrrrrr.. let done it 1st. 

Next meeting is on Sunday and I start to eat 6 meals a day. Which tak jadi! Mesti jadi 2 meals juga. Haishhh. Being told by trainer you have to get 6 meals and in small portion. Ok, small portion dah slowly followed. Yang 6 tu! Pray that I can do it.
