Dayah has something to share with all of you. Actually I read this article last 3 week. I tried to paste it here but become so complicated. Only today I have time to edit and share with you, I got it from familydoctor.org

Eat smaller, more frequent meals that are high in complex carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and take a daily multivitamin and calcium. See your doctor if symptoms get worse.
