Disappointed

Assalammualaikum wbt & Salam Sejahtera,

I feel very disappointed! 2 times in 5hours I ask the clerk when was our turn to meet the doctor? Luckily, she was very helpful and was giving an answers with a smile. But I really disappointed with the service provided. Can u imagine, that we come at 12.30pm and being called to meet doctor at 5.15pm! Can u imagine how long its being take?

How long for lab to give a report for blood test? Ok, I don't have any answer, but do they need to take half day to lets us know and ask u to waited for almost 5 hours just for a result!!!! Its wasting TIME!!!! Some more the environment in the Emergency was very noisy & with a lots of people sick. Just imagine! Org tak sakit pun boleh rasa sakit.

We come bukan suka2 atau sengaja go to emergency. But its a follow up for my cousin. He being ask to come again for blood test. I don't even imagine that we have to waited so long for a results. Lepas tu, the doctor was very annoying for me. Kita tanya dia Dr. admitted ke? Then he said, "I kata tak admitted". Ok why he said so, sebab my bro punya pallet drop then yesterday & Dr. mlm sebelumnya kata if drop tomorrow have to admitted! Bila dgr dia kata drop, I ask "Dr kena admitted ke? because yesterday the doc say if drop have to warded" He dont even tells us that the pallet was drop until I ask him. Ok that fine. Tapi jawapan dia, "Dia kata admitted, tapi I kata tak admitted" ohh man!

Ok fine. Saya tak tahu sangat. Then after fews question, dia tanya pasal minum air semua. Then I know my bro akan kata dia minum. Yes dia minum but not in quantity. So dia tanya nak drip x? As a sister, I have to say yes! Kena paksa ok. Sebab dia mmg akan ckp x payah & ambil mudah. Dah la lembik semacam. So peduli la dia nak marah, suruh juga masuk drip, kena 3 botol. Nurse yg nak drip tu kata, its will took about 3 hours. Ok, so I decide better balik dulu. Kesian my aunty dah wait lama gler. Muka my bro masa tu dah merah habis. Dia penakut sikit, Dayah anggap ini lesson untuk dia. I mean, tinggalkan dia sendiri seketika untuk berdikari. Lagipun surelah dia dah penat tunggu lama. Lets he take some rest masa drip tu.

Balik kita org dah mandi, makan semua benda selesai tunggu jelah hospital call because I ask the nurse to give us a call. Sebab kata doktor after drip boleh balik!!! Tapi nurse tu kata lepas drip nak ambil darah lagi nak tgk drop lagi ke tidak? Ok, I prefer u nurse? Dari doc yg tiba2 diam bila nurse masuk. Ok mungkin tugas anda dah selesai! Tapi saya sungguh tak puas hati dengan jawapan doktor itu.

At last dpt a call from hospital, he WARDED! See! Doktor.. doktor. Jawapan apakah? Kan senang cakap siang2. Ini tak jawapan yang sombong. I know u doktor, but pls la. Dah kata drop more than suppose! Surely nak kena rawatan rapi. Marah mmg lah. Dah la lama menunggu, lepas tu dapat doktor macam tu rasa nak telan doktor tu. Haisshhh... I think the hospital kena ada KPI to reduce time of waiting! Maybe dia boleh letak KPI, entertain patient not more than 20 min & reduce no of complaint by customer. So then u can be effiecient & barulah matlamat 1Malaysia itu akan berjaya. Rakyat di dahulukan, Pencapaian diutamakan! Bukan saya sahaja, malah ramai lg yg dtg sebelum kami tidak diberi rawatan lagi. Penuh kerusi dekat emergency tu.
