Be young & stay young

Assalammualaikum wbt dan Salam sejahtera,

Selamat memulakan hari anda sengihnampakgigi hari ini mood Dayah agak ceria dipagi hari, sebab pertamanya:-
1) Mama masak nasi goreng paling mantop di donia lapar meleleh makan penatpastu lap peluh mkn sampai penat. Kekekeke.
2) Rajin sikit je sengihnampakgigi bangun2 capai baju kotor yg ada, buka mesin basuh, campak sabun sikit + soflan on sius. Biar sampai sudah *ate saya nak pergi keje, makanya mama or aten la ek tukang sidai jelir* rajin la tukan setan
3) Kemas sikit2 bilik, campak semua brg yg x berkaitan keluar bilik gelakguling padan muka sapa suruh korang sepahkan bilik along?
4) Hantar Datin g sekolah, siap cal Dayah kat ofis smlm "long ko dah streka baju? Ko nak pakai baju apa?" ok saya taw dah mesti ada udang sebalik mee ni. Pandai yer ko Datin.
5) Hari ni kerja dkt ofis punyalah byk sampai tak tahu nak siap mana satu, tp tak per perkara rumit dah selesai! Best sgt suka sengihnampakgigi

Ok let be young & stay young!! Sapa tak nak? Semua orang nakkan. So here I got some tips from email that send by one of my friends:

Tips to Stay Young n Happy Always
1. Throw out nonessential numbers.
This includes age, weight, and height.
Let the doctors worry about them.. That is why you pay them.
2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down.

(Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)
3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening,
whatever.
Never let the brain get idle.
'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'

And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with him or her!
6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on.

The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourself.
LIVE while you are alive.

7 Surround yourself with
what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health:

If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.

If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips.

Take a trip to the mall, even to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
